Tucked inside Hotel Paso Del Norte, The Barrel Room offers one of El Paso's most exclusive and immersive bar experiences. Designed for just 12 guests, this intimate setting invites you on a sommelier-guided journey through barrel-aged spirits and wines, from tequila and mezcal to Sotol and beyond. Each curated tasting is led by Sommelier Antonio Gonzalez and paired with inspired small bites from Chef Andrés Padilla. Available Tuesday through Saturday. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled seating time.
