NEWS, MEDIA & RESOURCES

Guests are welcome to capture personal photos and videos using mobile devices throughout the hotel. We encourage guests to share their experience, while helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all visitors.

Professional photography sessions are permitted only with the purchase of a reserved photography time slot. Photography session fees cover the client reservation only and do not include the photographer.

Photography sessions are permitted in designated public areas of the hotel only. Guest rooms, private event spaces, back-of-house areas, and other non-public spaces are not available for photography unless specifically authorized by hotel management.

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, the following guidelines apply to all photography sessions:

Guest privacy must be respected at all times.

Hallways, lobbies, and other common areas may not be blocked or obstructed.

Hotel furniture, décor, and fixtures may not be moved, rearranged, or stood upon.

Electrical outlets may not be used for photography equipment.

Photography sessions must remain within the reserved time period.

Photography reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to hotel availability.

All clients must present proof of their photography reservation to the Front Desk prior to the start of their session.

Clients with confirmed weddings, receptions, or private events at Hotel Paso Del Norte will receive priority scheduling over general photography session requests.

Photography session booking links are not publicly available. To request a reservation, please contact the hotel directly by phone or email at sales_events@hotelpdn.com.

Hotel Paso Del Norte reserves the right to deny or discontinue any photography session that interferes with hotel operations, guest comfort, safety, or scheduled events. Reschedule subject to availability.
