We stopped in El Paso as part of a long road trip, on our way to Arizona. We had read reviews of the hotel, which were very positive, but mainly booked a reservation to break a very long drive from San Antonio. What we found exceeded all praise. The El Paso Del Norte is a lavishly renovated historic hotel, with a stunning building, a world class restaurant (1700) and some of the best service we have ever encountered in many trips around the world. The experience left us hoping to visit El Paso again.

Have to rave about my massage by Cruz. His methods go beyond just oils and relaxation. He utilized focused techniques to address the core of my muscle aches and soreness, took the time to explain the why behind his techniques so I know what to ask for in the future when I go home to Austin.

Best experience ever, my kids love it they didn’t want to leave. The facility are beyond beautiful, the staff super friendly and helpful. The restaurant excellent and the service. Loved it..!!!

Had the best experience at Desert Spirit Spa. The cleanliness, professionalism, courtesy and services provided were way beyond satisfactory. Thought service like that didn’t exist anymore but we found it with you all. Thank you for the wonderful spa day today for me and my daughter. We will definitely be back. You all are amazing!
