I recently had the pleasure of staying at the magnificent Paso del Norte hotel, and I must say that my experience was elevated to new heights thanks to the outstanding service provided by their exceptional concierge, William. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth created an unforgettable stay. William's professionalism was coupled with a warm and friendly demeanor, which made interactions with him a delight. His genuine care for guests was evident in every conversation, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every request was met with a smile. His positive energy was contagious, and it created a welcoming atmosphere that made Paso del Norte feel like a home away from home. My daughters graduation ceremony would not have been as special without him and my family cannot thank him enough.

I really want to thank Willam Lomax (Concierge) for all you did for my wife and myself this past weekend. It was an unforgettable experience and getaway for us. I was shocked when I saw the arrangement and the delicious cake that was waiting for us in our room. The room was amazing… I am grateful to have the opportunity to be able to stay in this hotel. The Hospitality, thoughtfulness and professionalism in your part and your staff were amazing! Thank you for everything sir! Now this hotel will be my first choice when my wife and I need to sneak out once again! I highly recommend this Hotel to everyone who has never stayed here before!!

I had such an amazing experience! From the time I walked in the door William was so welcoming. He gave me a coupon for a $25 add-on for my massage. I let him know that I was there for my birthday he wished me an happy birthday and he went the extra mile and got me some flowers and personally delivered them to me. When I got up to the spa I was warmly welcomed and I felt so calm and at ease. Desiree did an amazing job with the massage. She worked on exactly what I asked and talked to me through the entire massage to make sure I was comfortable. My mani and pedi with Kenia was great as well! She took the time to really talk to me and get to know me and how to best help me in that moment. Overall, the women at the spa were very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel safe calm and comfortable. This was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back! Thank you ladies and William! You truly are amazing!

I took my 2 daughters to get a mani and pedi at the spa. One went with Kenya that was so super awesome and sweet!! And gave all her attention to her!I would really recommend having urself or someone special get beautified by the girls at the spa!
