A Reflection Of True Hospitality - Our El Paso Hotel Reviews

This is my third time visiting Desert Spirit Spa I located in the historic Paso Del Norte Hotel and it doesn’t disappoint. Victoria is the utmost professional, friendly and competent staff member that took care of me again. I walk away feeling so good about being here and taking time for me when I leave. The ambiance is beautiful, relaxing and inspiriting. It is ghost for my soul.

I recently had the experience of staying at your facility. A few days later I decided to visit Sabor and the Dome bar for lunch and drinks. May I say that we were greeted by Natalie and Polo with exceptional service! The entire evening, they were extremely friendly and attentive. We had a small hiccup at the end of our evening (an unruly patron) there which Roxanne came in and handled the situation with great professionalism. Roxanne came by to listen to the concerns of Natalie and Polo and immediately took control and asked the patron to leave. He was not given any option which speaks highly of her. i cannot express how comforting it to feel safe in your establishment. Thank you, Natalie, Polo and Roxanne for your exceptional service.

Natalie at Hotel Del Mirado bar ( 10th floor bar) has been so awesome! We live 10 hours away and she has gone out of her way to make us feel at home! Not to mention to she makes a hell of drink! Definitely refreshing to have a bartender that knows what she's doing!

I was a guest at the hotel and was treated in the most hospitable and welcoming way! The front desk staff is so very professional personable yet compassionate. I then went into Sabor and experienced Naheli. She is the most gracious and kind hostess I’ve met. She made sure she accommodated what I requested but stay in the realm of the restaurant’s protocol. Naheli is very friendly and excellent in her knowledge of the restaurant and menu. She then introduced Carlos to the interaction . Carlos was immediately funny and kind. Carlos went above and beyond for my ketchup needs!! These two took such great care of me and made my stay and dining at Sabor incredible! See you soon Naheli!
