From 7 PM to 9 PM, immerse yourself in the timeless art of cigar rolling. Watch master artisan Moose skillfully transform premium tobacco into the exclusive Black Jack's signature cigar, created especially for this event. Each guest will also enjoy a pour of the new Código 1530 Rosa Tequila, curated to complement the cigar's rich profile. The tequila is rested for one month in uncharred French White Oak Napa Valley Cabernet wine barrels.

Step into 1700° Steakhouse on March 25 at 7 p.m. for an evening designed around flavor, storytelling, and the craft of exceptional dining. Executive Chef Andres Padilla will lead guests through a multi‑course menu that highlights the season's finest ingredients, prepared with the fire‑driven technique that defines his culinary style. With each course, Chef Padilla will step out to share the inspiration and intention behind the dish, offering guests a direct window into his creative process.

The experience continues with a curated selection of wines from Rombauer Vineyards. A representative from the winery will guide guests through each pairing, explaining the character of the wines, the philosophy behind their production, and how each pour elevates the flavors of the menu. The evening becomes a dialogue between cuisine and wine, shaped by the experts who craft them.

Step into an intimate, sommelier-guided experience crafted for the discerning palate. Designed for just 12 guests, the Barrel Room offers an evolving series of immersive tastings that explore barrel-aged spirits and wines.

Each curated experience is guided by Sommelier Antonio Gonzalez and paired with flavor-enhancing small bites from Chef Andrés Padilla, highlighting the depth and character of each pour. This private setting blends storytelling, education, and elevated hospitality, making it ideal for celebrations, client entertainment, or brand-forward moments.
