Each curated experience is guided by Sommelier Antonio Gonzalez and paired with flavor-enhancing small bites from Chef Andrés Padilla, highlighting the depth and character of each pour. This private setting blends storytelling, education, and elevated hospitality, making it ideal for celebrations, client entertainment, or brand-forward moments.

Tastings are held Tuesday through Saturday, book on OpenTable.

On Wednesday, January 28th, Executive Chef Andres Padilla and his distinguished culinary team, together with Sommelier Antonio Gonzalez, will present an eight-course dinner carefully curated to harmonize each bite with its perfect wine pairing. This immersive experience highlights the artistry of both the kitchen and the cellar, where bold flavors meet refined pours and every pairing tells a story.

Guests will be welcomed into a beautifully adorned dining room where the atmosphere reflects the elegance of the evening. Limited seating ensures an intimate experience that focuses on culinary excellence and exceptional service.
