Spirit Tastings At The Barrel Room

Step into an intimate, sommelier-guided experience crafted for the discerning palate. Designed for just 12 guests, the Barrel Room offers an evolving series of immersive tastings that explore barrel-aged spirits and wines.

Each curated experience is guided by Sommelier Antonio Gonzalez and paired with flavor-enhancing small bites from Chef Andrés Padilla, highlighting the depth and character of each pour. This private setting blends storytelling, education, and elevated hospitality, making it ideal for celebrations, client entertainment, or brand-forward moments.

Tastings are held Tuesday through Saturday, book on OpenTable. 

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.The tasting experience will start promptly to maintain the integrity of the tastings. No late entries will be accommodated, nor will refunds be available.

Step into the iconic Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection, for an extraordinary evening at 1700° Steakhouse. On Wednesday, January 28th, Executive Chef Andres Padilla and his distinguished culinary team, together with Sommelier Antonio Gonzalez, will present an eight-course dinner carefully curated to harmonize each bite with its perfect wine pairing. This immersive experience highlights the artistry of both the kitchen and the cellar, where bold flavors meet refined pours and every pairing tells a story.

Guests will be welcomed into a beautifully adorned dining room where the atmosphere reflects the elegance of the evening. Limited seating ensures an intimate experience that focuses on culinary excellence and exceptional service.

This unforgettable experience is in the heart of Downtown El Paso where teas are served in elegant teapots, accompanied by delectable sweet and savory treats. The Daughters of the British Empire have given their stamp of approval.
