On Wednesday, Aug 27th, Chef de Cuisine Alfredo Vargas and his highly skilled culinary team invite you to indulge in an unforgettable Chef's Dinner that celebrates bold flavors and refined pairings.
This month we are proud to feature The Prisoner Wine Co. Our sommelier has thoughtfully selected each wine to accompany every course, beginning with a delicate amuse-bouche and culminating in a decadent dessert. Each pairing has been chosen to elevate and complement Chef Vargas's masterfully crafted menu.
Guests will be welcomed into a beautifully adorned dining room where the atmosphere reflects the elegance of the evening. Limited seating ensures an intimate experience focused on culinary artistry and exceptional service.

Spirit Tastings At The Barrel Room
Step into an intimate, sommelier-guided experience crafted for the discerning palate. Designed for just 12 guests, the Barrel Room offers an evolving series of immersive tastings that explore barrel-aged spirits and wines.
Each curated experience is guided by Sommelier Antonio Gonzalez and paired with flavor-enhancing small bites from Chef Andrés Padilla, highlighting the depth and character of each pour. This private setting blends storytelling, education, and elevated hospitality, making it ideal for celebrations, client entertainment, or brand-forward moments.
Tastings are held Tuesday through Saturday, book on OpenTable.
